Your Safe Space Counselling

Everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood and supported.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure of what you need, therapy can offer a calm place to pause, reflect and gently explore what’s happening in your life.

My name is Suman, and I’m a qualified, experienced therapeutic counsellor. I work with adults and young people (13+) online across the UK and face-to-face in Odiham and Fleet.

I believe therapy should empower you to understand yourself more deeply. With empathy and compassion, I walk alongside you as you explore what’s happening in your life and find clarity in your thoughts and feelings.

As someone of Indian/South Asian heritage, I also offer culturally sensitive therapy for those who value support that understands cultural context.

A therapy approach tailored to you

Your sessions will be shaped by what feels right for you, using a blend of therapeutic approaches delivered in a trauma-informed way.

Over time, this work can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need.
