About me
My work as a counsellor
I’m a CPCAB qualified therapeutic counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with adults and young people aged 13 and over, offering counselling online across the UK and face-to-face in Fleet and Odiham.
At the heart of my work is a humanistic approach, shaped by values of respect, integrity and trust. I aim to offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel understood, without pressure or judgement.
My approach
I trained as an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means sessions draw on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than one fixed model. This allows the work to be guided by what feels most helpful for you, working at your pace and in a way that suits your individual needs.
My work is trauma-informed and relational, with an emphasis on creating safety and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Counselling is a collaborative process, shaped around you and what you bring to the sessions.
My professional experience
Alongside my private practice, I work as a Service Manager at a counselling agency in Hampshire, supporting both clients and trainee counsellors. This role, alongside previous voluntary work with bereavement and community organisations, has given me experience supporting people through loss, grief and a range of emotional difficulties.
I’m committed to ongoing professional development, which helps ensure the counselling I offer remains ethical, reflective and informed by current best practice.
My qualifications
CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children & Young People
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Age 18+)
CPCAB Foundation Certificate in Counselling
Working with Trauma in counselling
Cruse Bereavement Support Foundation course
L2 Certificate in Understanding Autism

Cultural sensitivity
As someone of Indian / South Asian heritage, I offer culturally sensitive therapy for those who value support that recognises cultural background, identity and family context. Cultural experiences can be an important part of how we understand ourselves, and space can be made for this in therapy if it feels relevant to you.
