It gives you the power to take ownership of yourself, which is in tune with your values.
Through Counselling/Psychotherapy, I can support you in dealing with a broad range of issues like anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, sexual abuse, bereavement, grief, relationship issues, exam stress, ADHD, trauma, infant loss, etc. Therapy provides you with a confidential, safe space to uncover your insight and understand yourself better, which will ultimately help you develop a clearer understanding of your problems.
As a qualified registered BACP counsellor, I provide you with tools and techniques to support you in moving through those difficult feelings, behaviours, thoughts, or situations that you may be experiencing.
